Instructions to make booking, paying and check-in on the night go smoothly:

• If you are logged in but booking on someone else's behalf please remember to change your name to theirs.
  
• Please write "Play" and the invoice number you receive by email in the message when paying. E.g. "Play 1234". No name is needed.
  
• If you need a mix of ticket types with different prices, e.g. member and non-member or pensioner and member etc, please make separate bookings. It's fine to combine them in a single payment. E.g. "Play 1234, 1235".
