Rashers and Reading! (Breakfast and Bookswap Stockholm)

Come and enjoy a traditional Irish breakfast on a Sunday morning and pick up a pre-loved book. Perfect to get through a few more weeks of winter!

Wirströms pub will be organising a special full Irish breakfast* for the occasion. To get an idea of numbers we would like you to register but you will also be able to turn up on the day. You will order and pay yourself at the bar.

You can bring a maximum of 3 books, and you'll be asked to bring home any that aren't taken. Swedish or English is fine! A breakfast will cost 120 kr and a vegetarian option will be available.

(*Curious about what a "full Irish breakfast" looks like? Its usually a mixture of eggs, bacon ("rashers"), sausages, plus maybe tomatoes, beans, toast and tea/coffee. To get an idea here's a photo search. Wirströms have confirmed that they will have Irish sausages and Barry's Tea!)

Please note: If you haven't been to Wirströms before, be aware that there is unfortunately no room for prams inside, and mobile coverage is patchy due to the thick walls!
