Annual General Meeting / Årsmöte 2018 and 70th birthday Party!

Welcome to the Society's Annual General Meeting and the Swedish Irish Society's 70th birthday party!

All members are encouraged to attend and have their say. It's a chance for us to get together and give the  Society an annual check-up! On top of this we will be celebrating our 70th birthday party!! We will have our AGM first and then the celebrations will follow. It is ideal to attend both but if you cannot the doors will be opened for 70th birthday party attendees from 16:00. 

At the AGM, the board will report back to the members on what has been done during the previous year and elections for new board members will be held.

This year, elections for the positions of vice-chairperson, secretary, ordinary board member (1) and deputies (3) will be held. All positions are 2-year positions with the exception of deputies, which are 1-year posts.

AGM Refreshments will be served, kindly provided by the Embassy, from 14:00. We will start the meeting at 14:15.

If you wish to submit a motion to be voted on at the AGM, please email info@swedishirish.com no later than 4th May.

• Registration is required in advance (by 12.00 29th April).
• Your membership must be up-to-date in order to be able to attend.
• REGISTRATION IS MANDATORY TO ATTEND THE EVENT.
